Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to accept the return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (with tags intact and in original packaging). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, email us at info@samanthantactical.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as military outfit products that have been worn or used, or custom-made military gear. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Sale items marked as final sale are non-returnable. Other items bought on discount may be eligible for returns under specific conditions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before we notify you about the approval of your refund.

If the return is approved, refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. For COD orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer, GCash, or store credit. Please specify your preferred refund method when initiating the return.

Restocking Fee: If the item is returned in used or opened condition, we may charge a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price.

Unacceptable Returns:

Items that are damaged due to misuse, lack of original packaging, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
